Spreading Knowledge of Scandinavian History

The Scandinavian Club of Albuquerque was organized in 1973 for the purpose of fostering an interest in Scandinavian life and culture; spreading knowledge of Scandinavian history, literature, and the arts by means of activities and programs; perpetuating traditions of the Scandinavian peoples; and providing for fellowship among the members through meetings and social activities. Our aspirations remain the same to this day.

Therefore, we invite you to join our Club and help us preserve and enhance the Scandinavian culture and lore in New Mexico. There are no qualifications for membership other than an interest in our Scandinavian culture.

The Scandinavian Club of Albuquerque is a non-profit organization for Scandinavian Americans and those interested in Denmark, Finland, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Norway or Sweden. SCA sponsors a wide variety of cultural events.
